Jyotiṣa-saṅgraha: Varga-vibhāga, Bala-nirṇaya, Garbha-phala, Āyuḥ-gaṇanā

पितुः परोक्षे जन्मस्यादिन्दौ लग्नमपश्यति ॥ ६८ ॥

pituḥ parokṣe janmasyādindau lagnamapaśyati || 68 ||

เมื่อบิดาไม่ปรากฏ (อยู่ห่างไกล) การเกิดย่อมเกิดขึ้น; และเมื่อไม่เห็นพระจันทร์ ลัคนาก็ไม่อาจทราบได้
