Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: vira
It highlights that Moksha-Dharma teaching in the Narada Purana also preserves precise śāstric disciplines—showing that right knowledge (vidyā), including Jyotiṣa/Gaṇita, supports dharma and clarity of practice.
Indirectly: accurate Jyotiṣa computations underpin correct timing (kāla) for vrata, pūjā, and observances, which strengthens disciplined devotion rather than replacing it with guesswork.
Vedāṅga Jyotiṣa (astronomy/astrology) with a Gaṇita step: computing krama-jyā/u-krama-jyā by subtracting a jyā, using the remainder, and deriving the interval (vivara) for successive values.
