Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 53

योगस्वरूप-धारणा-समाधि-वर्णनम् (केशिध्वजोपदेशः)

अन्ये तु पुरुषव्याघ्र चेतसो ये व्यपाश्रयाः । अशुद्धास्ते समस्तास्तु देवाद्याः कर्मयोनयः ॥ ५३ ॥

anye tu puruṣavyāghra cetaso ye vyapāśrayāḥ | aśuddhāste samastāstu devādyāḥ karmayonayaḥ || 53 ||

แต่ดูก่อนพยัคฆ์แห่งมนุษย์ ผู้ที่ยึดอาศัยเพียงการปรุงแต่งของจิต ล้วนไม่บริสุทธิ์; แม้เหล่าเทวะเป็นต้นก็เป็นเพียงกำเนิดที่เกิดจากกรรม
