Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It elevates devotional giving (dāna) into a direct Vaiṣṇava sādhanā: writing and gifting the sacred teaching in Caitra to a brāhmaṇa is said to yield access to Viṣṇu’s divine abode and honor among devarṣis.
Bhakti here is expressed as reverent service—carefully copying the teaching and offering it with faith. The emphasis on “bhaktitaḥ” shows inner devotion as the force that sanctifies the outward act of donation.
It reflects kalā/ritual timing (a dharma practice aligned with sacred time—Caitra) and dharma-śāstric dāna procedure (proper recipient: a vipra). It is more about vrata-style observance and religious gifting than technical Vedāṅgas like vyākaraṇa.
