Transliteration

*śaunaka uvāca krodhenośanasā śapto yayātirnāhuṣastadā pūrvaṃ vayaḥ parityajya jarāṃ sadyo 'nvapadyata //

Translation

เศานกะกล่าวว่า—ครั้งนั้น พระเจ้ายยาติ โอรสแห่งนะหุษะ ถูกอุศนัส (ศุกราจารย์) สาปด้วยความกริ้ว จึงละวัยหนุ่มเดิมและตกสู่ความชราในบัดดล
