किन्तु मदुपभोगाय मार्जारी जातहारिणी ।

त्वन्तु क्रमेणोपभोग्यं मत्तः फलमभीप्ससि ॥

kintu madupabhogāya mārjārī jātahāriṇī / tvantu krameṇopabhogyaṃ mattaḥ phalam abhīpsasi //

แม่แมวและผู้ลักพาเด็กปรารถนาจะเสพใช้ข้าพเจ้าโดยตรง; แต่ท่านปรารถนา ‘ผล’ จากข้าพเจ้า—ซึ่งเมื่อถึงกาลจึงค่อยๆ เสพได้ทีละน้อย।
