Knowledge is transmitted responsibly in response to genuine danger; the ‘hṛdaya’ indicates distilled, potent instruction rather than mere technique—implying that power should be grounded in right intent.
Didactic narrative (ākhyāna) concerning vidyā and protection; not a pancalakṣaṇa cosmological/genealogical segment.
‘Hṛdaya’ suggests a mantric kernel—an inner alignment that activates power. The relentless pursuer reflects the urgency that forces the seeker from fear into focused reception of the essential teaching.
