Adhyaya 34Madālāsā’s Instruction on Sadācāra (Householder Conduct, Purity, and Daily Rites)

पिष्टशाकेक्षुपयसां विकारान्नृपनन्दन ।

तथा मांसविकारांश्च ते च वर्ज्याश्चिरोषिताः ॥

piṣṭaśākekṣupayasāṃ vikārān nṛpanandana | tathā māṃsavikārāṃś ca te ca varjyāś ciroṣitāḥ ||

โอ เจ้าชาย พึงเว้นอาหารที่ทำจากแป้งเป็นเนื้อครีมหรือแป้งเปียก ผักใบ น้ำอ้อย และของที่ทำจากนม อีกทั้งพึงงดอาหารที่ทำจากเนื้อ โดยเฉพาะอาหารที่เก็บไว้นานจนค้างคืนหรือบูดเสีย
