वैशम्पायन उवाच ततः स पार्थ वैराटिरभ्यवादयदन्तिकात्‌ । अहं भूमिंजयो नाम नाम्नाहमपि चोत्तर:

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca tataḥ sa pārtha vairāṭir abhyavadayad antikāt | ahaṃ bhūmiṃjayo nāma nāmnāham api cottaraḥ ||

Translation

ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า แล้วเจ้าชายแห่งวิราฏะก็เข้าไปใกล้ปารถะ ถวายความเคารพอย่างนอบน้อมแล้วกล่าวว่า “ข้าชื่อ ภูมิมชัย และข้าก็มีนามว่า อุตตระ ด้วย”
