शलभा यत्र सौवर्णास्तपनीयविचित्रिता: । एतन्माद्रीसुतास्यापि सहदेवस्य कार्मुकम्‌,जिसके ऊपर सुवर्णजटित मीनेके फतिंगे सुशोभित हैं, वही यह माद्रीनन्दन सहदेवका धनुष है

śalabhā yatra sauvarṇās tapanīya-vicitrītāḥ | etan mādrī-sutasyāpi sahadevasya kārmukam ||

อุตตรากล่าวว่า “นี่คือคันศรของสหเทวะด้วย—โอรสแห่งมาทรี—ซึ่งประดับลวดลาย ‘ศลภะ’ (ตั๊กแตน) ด้วยทองคำ อันวิจิตรด้วยทองเนื้อดี งามเด่นอยู่ทั่วคันศร”
