नलस्य बाहुकत्वेन ऋतुपर्णनगरप्रवेशः
Nala as Bāhuka enters Ṛtuparṇa’s city
साभिवाद्य तपोवृद्धान् विनयावनता स्थिता । स्वागतं त इति प्रोक्ता तै: सर्वैस्तापसोत्तमै:,वहाँ तपोवृद्ध महात्माओंको प्रणाम करके वह उनके समीप विनीतभावसे खड़ी हो गयी। तब वहाँके सभी श्रेष्ठ तपस्वीजनोंने उससे कहा--'देवि! तुम्हारा स्वागत है”
sābhivādya tapovṛddhān vinayāvanatā sthitā | svāgataṁ ta iti proktā taiḥ sarvaistāpasottamaiḥ ||
นางถวายความเคารพต่อดาบสผู้เฒ่าผู้เจริญตบะ แล้วจึงยืนอยู่ใกล้ด้วยกิริยานอบน้อมสำรวม ครั้นแล้วดาบสผู้ประเสริฐทั้งหลายกล่าวแก่นางว่า “ขอต้อนรับท่าน โอ้สตรีผู้ทรงเกียรติ”
