वरान् वृणीष्व कल्याणि दुरापात् मानुषैरिह | यैस्त्वं सीमन्तिनी: सर्वा यशसाभिभविष्यसि
Transliteration
varān vṛṇīṣva kalyāṇi durāpāt mānuṣair iha | yais tvaṃ sīmantiṇīḥ sarvā yaśasābhibhaviṣyasi ||
Translation
ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า “โอ้กัลยาณี! จงเลือกพรเถิด—พรอันมนุษย์ในโลกนี้ได้มาโดยยาก—ด้วยพรนั้น เจ้าจักเหนือกว่าสตรีผู้สูงศักดิ์ทั้งปวงด้วยเดชแห่งเกียรติยศของเจ้า”
