स्कन्दोपाख्यानम् — उत्पातशान्तिः, स्वाहारूपविचारः, कौमारमङ्गलक्रियाः

न्याययुक्तमिदं सर्व भवता परिकीर्तितम्‌ | न ते>स्त्यविदितं किंचिद्‌ धर्मेष्विह हि दृश्यते,“तात! तुमने मुझसे जो कुछ कहा, यह सब न्याययुक्त है। मुझे तो ऐसा जान पड़ता है कि यहाँ धर्मके विषयमें कोई ऐसी बात नहीं दिखायी देती जो तुम्हें ज्ञात न हो”

nyāyayuktam idaṃ sarvaṃ bhavatā parikīrtitam | na te 'sty aviditaṃ kiṃcid dharmeṣv iha hi dṛśyate |

ท่านพ่อ สิ่งทั้งปวงที่ท่านกล่าวมานั้นชอบด้วยความยุติธรรมและเหตุผล ข้าพเจ้าเห็นว่าในเรื่องธรรม ณ ที่นี้ ไม่มีสิ่งใดเลยที่ท่านไม่รู้
