ततस्ते जलदा घोरा राविण: पुरुषर्षभ । सर्वतः प्लावयन्त्याशु चोदिता: परमेछ्िना
tataste jaladā ghorā rāviṇaḥ puruṣarṣabha | sarvataḥ plāvayantyāśu coditāḥ parameśṭhinā ||
แล้วครั้งนั้น โอ้ยอดบุรุษ เมฆฝนอันน่าสะพรึงซึ่งคำรามกึกก้อง—ถูกผู้สร้างสรรพสิ่งบันดาลให้เคลื่อนไหว—ก็โปรยฝนลงทั่วทุกทิศอย่างรวดเร็ว จนท่วมท้นทุกสิ่ง
