Kailāsa-darśana, Badarī-vāsa, and Sarasvatī–Dvaitavana Transition (कैलासदर्शन–बदरीवास–सरस्वतीद्वैतवनगमनम्)

अजुन उवाच सुरासुरैरवध्यं तदहं ज्ञात्वा विशाम्पते अब्र॒ुवं मातलिं हृष्टो याहेतत्‌ पुरमज्जसा,अर्जुन बोले--राजन्‌! उस हिरण्यपुरको देवताओं और असुरोंके लिये अवध्य जानकर मैंने मातलिसे प्रसन्नतापूर्वक कहा--'आप यथाशीघ्र इस नगरमें अपना रथ ले चलिये'

arjuna uvāca surāsurair avadhyaṃ tad ahaṃ jñātvā viśāṃpate abruvaṃ mātaliṃ hṛṣṭo yāhetat puram ajjasā

อรชุนกล่าวว่า “ข้าแต่พระราชา ครั้นรู้ว่า ‘หิรัณยปุระ’ เป็นนครที่ทั้งเทวะและอสูรก็มิอาจพิชิตได้ ข้าจึงกล่าวกับมาตลีด้วยความยินดีว่า ‘จงขับรถศึกเข้าไปในนครนั้นโดยพลัน’”
