निवातकवचैः सह अर्जुनस्य रथयुद्धम्

धनंजयश्च तेजस्वी प्रणिपत्य पुरंदरम्‌ । भृत्यवत्‌ प्रणतस्तस्थौ देवराजसमीपत:,तेजस्वी अर्जुन भी इन्द्रको प्रणाम करके उनके समीप सेवककी भाँति विनीतभावसे खड़े हो गये

dhanañjayaś ca tejasvī praṇipatya purandaram | bhṛtyavat praṇatas tasthau devarājasamīpataḥ ||

ธนัญชัย (อรชุน) ผู้เปล่งรัศมี กราบลงต่อปุรันทร (พระอินทร์) แล้วจึงยืนอยู่ใกล้จอมเทพด้วยความนอบน้อม ประหนึ่งข้ารับใช้ผู้ภักดี
