Akṛtavraṇa’s Account Begins: Gādhi–Satyavatī–Ṛcīka and the Bhārgava Lineage Prelude
दत्तात्रेयप्रसादेन विमानं काउ्चनं तथा । ऐश्वर्य सर्वभूतेषु पृथिव्यां पृथिवीपते,पृथ्वीपते! श्रीदत्तात्रयजीकी कृपासे उसे एक सोनेका विमान मिला था और भूतलके सभी प्राणियोंपर उसका प्रभुत्व था
dattātreya-prasādena vimānaṁ kāñcanaṁ tathā | aiśvaryaṁ sarva-bhūteṣu pṛthivyāṁ pṛthivī-pate ||
อกริตวรณะกล่าวว่า “ด้วยพระกรุณาแห่งทัตตาเตรยะ เขาได้วิมานทองคำมา ครั้นแล้ว ข้าแต่เจ้าแห่งปฐพี เขาก็ได้ครอบครองอำนาจเหนือสรรพสัตว์ทั้งปวงบนแผ่นดิน”
अकृतव्रण उवाच
The verse highlights that extraordinary power and prosperity (aiśvarya) are portrayed as arising from divine or saintly grace (prasāda). Implicitly, such gifts are not merely for enjoyment but demand restraint and righteous governance, since sovereignty over beings carries moral responsibility.
Akṛtavraṇa addresses a king (“pṛthivīpate”) and recounts that, through Dattātreya’s favor, a person received a golden vimāna and attained dominion over all creatures on earth—describing the acquisition of miraculous means and worldly sovereignty as a bestowed boon.
