ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า ณ กาลอันกำหนดไว้ ธารตราษฏรี (คานธารี) ผู้มีเกียรติยศใหญ่ยิ่งได้ก้าวออกมาเข้าใกล้ วรรคนี้บอกถึงการปรากฏตัวอันสง่างาม เตรียมเรื่องให้เข้าสู่คำตักเตือนและแรงกดดันทางธรรมภายในเรือนกุรุ เมื่อวิกฤตสงครามใกล้เข้ามา
