Transliteration

tam ahaṁ gīrbhir iṣṭābhiḥ punaḥ punar ariṁdama | ayācaṁ bhṛguśārdūlaṁ na caiva praśaśāma saḥ ||

Translation

โอ ผู้ปราบศัตรู! ข้าพเจ้าได้วิงวอน “พยัคฆ์แห่งวงศ์ภฤคุ” คือพระปรศุราม ซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่า ด้วยถ้อยคำอันไพเราะเพื่อให้สงบ; แต่ท่านก็มิได้คลายโทสะลงเลย
