स्वर्गे दुर्योधनदर्शनम् | Duryodhana Seen in Heaven
Triviṣṭapa
यत्कृते पृथिवी सर्वा सुहृदो बान्धवास्तथा । हतास्माभि: प्रसह्याजौ क्लिष्टै: पूर्व महावने
vaiśaṃpāyana uvāca |
yat-kṛte pṛthivī sarvā suhṛdo bāndhavās tathā |
hatāsmābhiḥ prasahyājau kliṣṭaiḥ pūrvaṃ mahāvane ||
ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า—“เพราะผู้นั้นเอง แผ่นดินทั้งสิ้นจึงรกร้าง และมิตรสหายกับญาติวงศ์ของเราก็ถูกเราฆ่าอย่างฝืนใจในสนามรบ; และเพราะผู้นั้นเอง ก่อนหน้านี้ในมหาพนาก็ทำให้เราทนทุกข์แสนสาหัส—”
