वीरलोकगति): प्राप्ता युद्धे हुत्वा55त्मनस्तनुम् । यूयं सर्वे सुरसमा येन युद्धे समासिता:
Vaiśaṃpāyana uvāca — vīralokagatiṃ prāptā yuddhe hutvā ātmanas tanum | yūyaṃ sarve surasamā yena yuddhe samāsitāḥ |
ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า “พวกเขาบรรลุคติแห่งวีรชนแล้ว ด้วยการถวายกายของตนเป็นเครื่องบูชาในสนามรบ เพราะพวกเขายืนหยัดในสงครามต่อหน้าพวกท่าน—เหล่าพี่น้องผู้รุ่งโรจน์ดุจเทพ ดังนั้นตามธรรมของกษัตริย์นักรบ เมื่อสิ้นชีพในศึกจึงได้ถึงฐานะนั้น”
