अग्राह्य-ज्ञातिसंबन्धमण्डल-विवेचनम् / Managing Unreadable Kinship Networks: Vāsudeva–Nārada on Cohesion
स्यातां यस्याहुकाक्रूरी कि नु दुःखतरं ततः । यस्य चापि न तौ स्यातां कि नु दुःखतरं ततः
syātāṁ yasyāhukākrūrī ki nu duḥkhataraṁ tataḥ | yasya cāpi na tau syātāṁ ki nu duḥkhataraṁ tataḥ ||
หากอาหุกะและอครูระ—ผู้ขัดแย้งและชิงชัยกัน—เป็นญาติสนิทของผู้ใดทั้งคู่ จะมีความทุกข์ใดเลวร้ายยิ่งกว่านั้น? และหากทั้งสองมิได้เป็นผู้หวังดีแก่เขาเลย จะมีความทุกข์ใดเลวร้ายยิ่งกว่านั้นอีก—เพราะการขาดมิตรและที่พึ่งเช่นนั้นเองก็เป็นความสูญเสียอันแสนสาหัส
