राजा होवाखिलं लोकं॑ समुदीर्ण समुत्सुकम्‌ । प्रसादयति धर्मेण प्रसाद्य च विराजते

Transliteration

rājā hovākhilaṃ lokaṃ samudīrṇaṃ samutsukam | prasādayati dharmeṇa prasādya ca virājate |

Translation

พระราชาทรงปกครองโดยสอดคล้องกับธรรมะ ย่อมยังชนทั้งโลกที่ปั่นป่วนและกระสับกระส่ายด้วยความใคร่ให้สงบยินดี ครั้นทรงทำให้เขาทั้งหลายพอใจแล้ว พระองค์เองก็ทรงดำรงอยู่ด้วยความผาสุก และส่องประกายด้วยพระสิริแห่งราชัน
