तयो: समभवद्‌ युद्ध दिव्यास्त्रविदुषोर्द्रयो: । युधि नानाप्रहरणैरन्योन्यमभिवर्षतो:,वे दोनों ही दिव्यास्त्रोंके ज्ञाता थे। उन दोनोंमें युद्ध आरम्भ हो गया। वे रणभूमिमें एक दूसरेपर नाना प्रकारके अस्त्र-शस्त्रोंकी वर्षा करने लगे

tayoḥ samabhavad yuddhaṃ divyāstraviduṣor dvayoḥ | yudhi nānāpraharanair anyonyam abhivarṣatoḥ ||

ทั้งสองเป็นผู้ชำนาญอาวุธทิพย์ ครั้นแล้วศึกก็อุบัติขึ้นระหว่างเขาทั้งคู่ ในสนามรบต่างฝ่ายต่างโปรยปรายศัสตราวุธนานาประการใส่กันดุจห่าฝน
