Transliteration

jagat-sraṣṭa-manā devo hari-nārāyaṇaḥ svayam | cintayāmāsa puruṣaṁ jagat-sarga-karaṁ prabhum, sākṣāt bhagavān nārāyaṇaḥ |

Translation

ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า—พระหริ-นารายณ์ผู้เป็นเทพโดยพระองค์เอง เมื่อทรงดำริจะสร้างโลก จึงทรงเพ่งพินิจถึงบุรุษสูงสุด ผู้เป็นพระผู้เป็นเจ้าอันสามารถบันดาลการกำเนิดแห่งจักรวาลได้โดยตรง
