प्रज्ञया मानसं दु:खं हन्याच्छारीरमौषधै: । एतद्‌ विज्ञानसामर्थ्य न बालै: समतामियात्‌

prajñayā mānasaṃ duḥkhaṃ hanyāc chārīram auṣadhaiḥ | etad vijñāna-sāmarthyaṃ na bālaiḥ samatām iyāt ||

ด้วยปัญญา พึงทำลายความทุกข์ที่เกิดในใจ; ด้วยโอสถ พึงรักษาความเจ็บป่วยของกาย นี่คือกำลังแห่งความรู้แท้—เด็กและผู้ยังไม่สุกงอมย่อมไม่อาจเสมอได้
