कपिलगोसंवादे गृहस्थ-त्यागधर्मयोः प्रमाण्यविचारः

तुलाधार उवाच आयानेवासि विदितो मम ब्रह्मन्‌ न संशय: । ब्रवीमि यत्‌ तु वचन तच्छुणुष्व द्विजोत्तम,तुलाधारने कहा--ब्रह्मन! आप मेरे पास आ रहे हैं, यह बात मुझे पहले ही मालूम हो गयी थी, इसमें संशय नहीं है। द्विजश्रेष्ठ अब जो कुछ मैं कहता हूँ, उसे ध्यान देकर सुनिये

tulādhāra uvāca | āyāne evāsi vidito mama brahman na saṁśayaḥ | bravīmi yat tu vacanaṁ tac chṛṇuṣva dvijottama ||

ตุลาธาระกล่าวว่า “โอ พราหมณ์ ข้ารู้แน่ชัดอยู่ก่อนแล้วว่าท่านกำลังมาหาข้า ไม่มีความสงสัยเลย โอ ผู้ประเสริฐในหมู่ทวิชะ บัดนี้จงตั้งใจฟังถ้อยคำที่ข้าจะกล่าว”
