anyonyam abhinardanto diśaḥ sampratipedire |
เหล่าทานวะอื่นที่ถูกคมดาบฟันจนบอบช้ำก็พากันหนีแตกตื่น และต่างตะโกนก่นด่าตำหนิกันเอง ก่อนจะกระจัดกระจายไปขอพึ่งพาในทุกทิศ
भीष्म उवाच
The verse highlights how violence and panic dissolve unity: when fear takes over, people turn on each other with blame and scatter, showing the ethical cost of conflict—loss of composure, solidarity, and right conduct.
Those involved in the fighting, overwhelmed and distressed, shout at one another and then flee in different directions, seeking safety rather than continuing the confrontation.
