Sañjaya uvāca — Ācārya, śīghraṃ kalaśaṃ jalapūrṇaṃ samānaya.

สัญชัยกล่าวว่า “ข้าแต่อาจารย์ จงรีบนำหม้อน้ำที่เต็มด้วยน้ำมา” ครั้นได้ฟังถ้อยคำของบุตรโทรณะซึ่งประคองใจให้มั่นคงแล้ว พระเจ้าทุรโยธน์แห่งกุรุวงศ์จึงตรัสเช่นนั้นแก่ครูกรปาจารย์
