व्यादिष्टा दैवतै: शूरा: स्कन्दस्यानुचराभवन्‌ । देवताओंकी आज्ञा पाकर देवलोक, अन्तरिक्षलरोक तथा भूलोकके वायुतुल्य वेगशाली शूरवीर पार्षद स्कन्दके अनुचर हुए थे

Transliteration

vyādiṣṭā daivataiḥ śūrāḥ skandasyānucarābhavan |

Translation

ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า—ด้วยบัญชาของเหล่าเทวะ บรรดานักรบผู้กล้าหาญซึ่งรวดเร็วประดุจลมได้เป็นอนุจรของสกันทะ ครั้นได้รับพระบัญชาจากเทวโลก อันตรักษ์ และภูโลกแล้ว เหล่านักรบผู้เป็นพารษัทก็เข้าประจำในหมู่คณะของสกันทะอย่างมีระเบียบวินัย.
