Resolve for the Mace Duel

गदायुद्धे न मे कश्चित्‌ सदृशो5स्तीति चिन्तये । गदया वो हनिष्यामि सर्वानेव समागतान्‌,“मैं इस बातको सदा याद रखता हूँ कि “गदायुद्धमें मेरी समानता करनेवाला दूसरा कोई नहीं है।” गदाके द्वारा सामने आनेपर मैं तुम सभी लोगोंको मार डालूँगा

gadāyuddhe na me kaścit sadṛśo 'stīti cintaye | gadayā vo haniṣyāmi sarvān eva samāgatān ||

สัญชัยกล่าวว่า “เราจำมั่นว่าในศึกคทาไม่มีผู้ใดเสมอเรา เมื่อพวกเจ้าทั้งหลายที่มาชุมนุมกันนี้เข้ามาเผชิญหน้า เราจะฟาดพวกเจ้าลงทั้งหมดด้วยคทาของเรา”
