द्वैपायनह्रदे दुर्योधनान्वेषणम् / The Search for Duryodhana at Dvaipāyana Lake
अपनी सेनाका इस प्रकार संहार होता देख राजा दुर्योधनको बड़ा क्रोध हुआ। उसने मरनेसे बचे हुए बहुत-से रथियों
saṃjaya uvāca | samāsādya raṇe sarvān pāṇḍavān sasu-hṛd-gaṇān | pāñcālyaṃ cāpi sa-balaṃ hatvā śīghraṃ nyavartata ||
สัญชัยกล่าวว่า—เมื่อทอดพระเนตรเห็นกองทัพของตนถูกทำลายลงเช่นนั้น พระเจ้าทุรโยธนะก็เดือดดาลยิ่งนัก พระองค์ทรงรวบรวมจากทุกทิศผู้ที่ยังรอดอยู่—นักรบรถศึก พลช้าง พลม้า และทหารราบ—แล้วมีพระบัญชาว่า “เหล่าวีรบุรุษ! จงเข้าประจัญบานกับปาณฑพทั้งปวงพร้อมมิตรสหายของเขา สังหารเสีย และจงสังหารผู้นำแห่งปัญจาลพร้อมกองกำลังของเขาด้วย แล้วรีบกลับมาโดยเร็ว”
