शकुनिवधः — Sahadeva’s Slaying of Śakuni

तान्‌ प्रेक्ष्य सहितान्‌ सर्वान्‌ जवेनोद्यतकार्मुकान्‌ । सौबलोअभ्यद्रवद्‌ युद्धे पाण्डवानाततायिन:,उन सबको बड़े वेगसे धनुष उठाये एक साथ आक्रमण करते देख सुबलपुत्र शकुनि रणभूमिमें आततायी पाण्डवोंकी ओर दौड़ा

tān prekṣya sahitān sarvān javena udyata-kārmukān | saubalo 'bhyadravad yuddhe pāṇḍavān ātatāyinaḥ ||

สัญชัยกล่าวว่า ครั้นเห็นพวกเขาทั้งหมดรวมกัน พุ่งมาด้วยความเร็วใหญ่หลวง ชูคันศรพร้อมรบ สาวพล (ศกุนิ) ก็โถมเข้าใส่ในสนามรบ มุ่งไปยังเหล่าปาณฑพซึ่งถูกเรียกว่าเป็นฝ่าย “ผู้ก่อการก่อน”
