Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca | pīḍite dharmarāje tu madrarājena māriṣa | sātyakir bhīmasenaś ca mādrīputrī ca pāṇḍavī ||

Translation

สัญชัยกล่าวว่า—เมื่อธรรมราช (ยุธิษฐิระ) ถูกกษัตริย์แห่งมทระคือศัลยะกดดันอย่างหนัก โอ้ท่านผู้ควรเคารพ สาตยกี ภีมเสน และธิดาแห่งมาทรีผู้เป็นปาณฑวี ก็ได้ออกหน้าเข้ารับสถานการณ์ในขณะนั้น
