Renewed Summons to the Dice-Game and Exile Wager

दुर्योधन उवाच प्रातिकामिन्‌ द्रौपदीमानयस्व न ते भयं विद्यते पाण्डवेभ्य: | क्षत्ता हायं विवदत्येव भीतो न चास्माकं॑ वृद्धिकाम: सदैव,दुर्योधन बोला--प्रातिकामिन्‌! तुम द्रौपदीको यहाँ ले आओ। तुम्हें पाण्डवोंसे कोई भय नहीं है। ये विदुर तो डरपोक हैं, अतः सदा ऐसी ही बातें कहा करते हैं। ये कभी हमलोगोंकी वृद्धि नहीं चाहते

duryodhana uvāca | prātikāmin draupadīm ānayāsva na te bhayaṁ vidyate pāṇḍavebhyaḥ | kṣattā hy ayaṁ vivadaty eva bhīto na cāsmākaṁ vṛddhikāmaḥ sadaiva ||

ทุรโยธนะกล่าวว่า “ปราติกามิน จงพาดรौปทีมาที่นี่ เจ้าไม่ต้องหวาดกลัวพวกปาณฑพเลย วิดุระผู้เป็นขัตตาโต้เถียงก็เพราะความกลัว และเขามิได้ปรารถนาความรุ่งเรืองของเราจริงแท้เลย”
