जरासंधदह्दे घोरे दुःखपड्के निमज्जताम्‌ | राज्ञां समभ्युद्धरणं यदिदं कृतमद्य वै

Transliteration

jarāsandha-hrade ghore duḥkha-paṅke nimajjatām | rājñāṁ samabhyuddharaṇaṁ yad idaṁ kṛtam adya vai ||

Translation

ข้าแต่พระผู้เป็นเจ้า! พวกเรากษัตริย์กำลังจมอยู่ในห้วงสระอันน่าสะพรึงที่ชื่อชราสันธะ ติดหล่มโคลนแห่งความทุกข์; การกอบกู้ที่ท่านกระทำแก่เราวันนี้ย่อมสมควรแก่ท่านยิ่งนัก
