अभीषून् सम्प्रजग्राह स्वयं कुरुपतिस्तदा । उपारुह्ार्जुनश्वापि चामरव्यजनं सितम्
abhīṣūn samprajagrāha svayaṁ kurupatis tadā | upāruharjunaś cāpi cāmaravyajanaṁ sitam ||
ครั้นนั้นเจ้าแห่งวงศ์กุรุทรงจับบังเหียนด้วยพระองค์เอง อรชุนก็ขึ้นสู่รถศึกและถือพัดหางจามรีสีขาวในฐานะผู้ปรนนิบัติ ตามแบบพิธีราชสำนักอันเคร่งครัด
