संशप्तकावशिष्टेन बलेन महता वृतः । सुशर्मापि ययौ राजन् वीक्षमाणो भयार्दित:,राजन! संशप्तकोंकी बची हुई विशाल सेनासे घिरा हुआ सुशर्मा भी भयसे पीड़ित हो इधर-उधर देखता हुआ छावनीकी ओर चल दिया
saṁśaptakāvaśiṣṭena balena mahatā vṛtaḥ | suśarmāpi yayau rājan vīkṣamāṇo bhayārditaḥ ||
สัญชัยกล่าวว่า—ข้าแต่พระราชา สุศรมาก็เช่นกัน ถูกกองกำลังใหญ่ที่เหลืออยู่ของพวกสังศัปตกะล้อมไว้ ครั้นถูกความหวาดกลัวบีบคั้น จึงเหลียวมองไปทุกทิศแล้วมุ่งหน้าไปยังค่ายทัพ
