निसर्गतस्ते तव वीर बान्धवा: पुनश्न साम्ना समवाप्ठ॒हि प्रभो । त्वयि प्रसन्ने यदि मित्रतां गते हितं कृतं स्थाज्जगतस्त्वयातुलम्
nisargatas te tava vīra bāndhavāḥ punaś ca sāmnā samavāpnuhi prabho | tvayi prasanne yadi mitratāṁ gate hitaṁ kṛtaṁ syāj jagatas tvayātulam ||
สัญชัยกล่าวว่า—โอ้วีรบุรุษ พวกเขาเป็นญาติของท่านโดยกำเนิด จึงเป็นมิตรโดยธรรมชาติ ข้าแต่องค์ผู้เป็นนาย จงชนะใจพวกเขาอีกครั้งด้วยทางแห่งการประนีประนอมและทำสัญญาให้เป็นพันธมิตร หากท่านยอมรับไมตรีกับเหล่าปาณฑพด้วยใจผ่องใส ความเกื้อกูลอันหาที่เปรียบมิได้แก่ทั้งโลกย่อมบังเกิดขึ้นโดยท่าน
