तथार्दितान् भीमबलान् भीमसेनेन भारत । दृष्टवा दुर्योधनो राजा इदं वचनमब्रवीत्,भरतनन्दन! भयंकर बलशाली अपने सैनिकोंको भीमसेनके द्वारा इस प्रकार पीड़ित देखकर राजा दुर्योधनने उनसे निम्नांकित वचन कहा
tathārditān bhīmabalān bhīmasenena bhārata | dṛṣṭvā duryodhano rājā idaṃ vacanam abravīt bharatanandana ||
โอ ภารตะ! เมื่อกษัตริย์ทุรโยธน์เห็นกองทัพอันเข้มแข็งของตนถูกภีมเสนารุกรานและบีบคั้นเช่นนั้น ก็กล่าวถ้อยคำนี้
