कर्णनिधनवृत्तान्तनिवेदनम् | Reporting Karṇa’s Fall to Yudhiṣṭhira
अपयातोड<सि कौन्तेय राजा द्रष्टव्य इत्यपि । स राजा भवता दृष्ट: कुशली च युधिषछिर:,“कुन्तीनन्दन! तुम तो यह सोचकर युद्धसे हट आये थे कि राजा युधिष्ठिरका दर्शन कर लूँ। सो तुमने राजाका दर्शन कर लिया। राजा युधिष्ठिर सब प्रकारसे सकुशल हैं
sañjaya uvāca | apayāto 'si kaunteya rājā draṣṭavya ity api | sa rājā bhavatā dṛṣṭaḥ kuśalī ca yudhiṣṭhiraḥ ||
สัญชัยกล่าวว่า “โอ้โอรสแห่งกุนตี! ท่านถอยออกจากศึกด้วยความคิดว่า ‘เราจักไปเฝ้าพระราชา’ บัดนี้ท่านได้เฝ้าพระราชานั้นแล้ว และพระยุธิษฐิระทรงปลอดภัยผาสุกโดยประการทั้งปวง”
