यदा शरशतै: पार्थो दर्प तव वधिष्यति । तदा त्वमन्तरं द्रष्टा आत्मनश्लार्जुनस्य च,जब अर्जुन अपने सैकड़ों बाणोंद्वारा तुम्हारा घमंड चूर-चूर कर देंगे, तब तुम स्वयं ही देख लोगे कि तुममें और अर्जुनमें कितना अन्तर है?
yadā śaraśataiḥ pārtho darpaṃ tava vadhiṣyati | tadā tvam antaraṃ draṣṭā ātmanaś cārjunasya ca ||
เมื่อปารถะ (อรชุน) ใช้ศรนับร้อยทำลายทิฐิของท่านให้พินาศ เมื่อนั้นท่านจักเห็นด้วยตนเองถึงความแตกต่างระหว่างท่านกับอรชุน
