धृतराष्ट्रस्य मूर्च्छा स्त्रीणां च आर्तनादः

सर्व एव भवन्तश्न शक्ता: प्रत्येकशो5पि वा । पाण्डुपुत्रान् रणे हन्तुं ससैन्यान् किमु संहता:
sarva eva bhavantaś ca śaktāḥ pratyekaśo 'pi vā | pāṇḍuputrān raṇe hantuṃ sasainyān kimu saṃhatāḥ ||
ท่านทั้งหลายล้วนสามารถ—แม้แต่แต่ละคนเพียงลำพัง—จะสังหารบุตรแห่งปาณฑุพร้อมทั้งกองทัพในสนามรบได้; แล้วเมื่อร่วมแรงเป็นหนึ่งเดียวจะยิ่งเพียงใดเล่า
