जहि पार्थान्‌ सपाज्चालान्‌ राधेय विजयाय न: । उद्यन्निव सदा भानुस्तमांस्युग्रैगभस्तिभि:

Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca | jahi pārthān sapāñcālān rādhēya vijayāya naḥ | udyann iva sadā bhānus tamāṁsy ugrair gabhastibhiḥ ||

Translation

ครั้งนั้นเหล่าวันทิชนและพราหมณ์ต่างประสาทพรแก่กรรณะผู้เป็นยอดบุรุษ แล้วกล่าวว่า— “โอ้ ราเธยะ! เพื่อชัยชนะของเรา จงประหารเหล่าปารถะพร้อมพวกปัญจาละ ในมหาสงครามนี้ แม้มีเกศวะร่วมอยู่ก็ตาม. ดุจสุริยะที่อุทัยอยู่เสมอทำลายความมืดด้วยรัศมีอันเกรี้ยวกราด ฉันใด ท่านจงกวาดล้างศัตรูและนำชัยมาสู่เรา ฉันนั้น.”
