द्रोणानीक-व्यतिक्रमः — Kṛṣṇa–Arjuna Break Through Droṇa’s Array

भ्रातृणां मतमज्ञाय त्वया वाचा प्रतिश्रुतम्‌ । सैन्धवं चास्मि हन्तेति तत्साहसमिदं कृतम्‌

sañjaya uvāca |

bhrātṝṇāṁ matam ajñāya tvayā vācā pratiśrutam |

saindhavaṁ cāsmi hante iti tat-sāhasam idaṁ kṛtam ||

สัญชัยกล่าวว่า “โอ้ธนัญชยะ! โดยมิได้ไต่ถามความเห็นของพี่น้องก่อน เจ้าได้เปล่งวาจาปฏิญาณว่า ‘เราจักสังหารไสณฑวะ (ชัยทรถะ)’ นี่เป็นการกระทำอันหุนหันและเสี่ยงภัยยิ่งที่เจ้ารับไว้”
