या शक्तिर्यच्च विज्ञानं यद् वीर्य यच्च पौरुषम् । धार्तरिष्ट्रेषु या प्रीतिद्वेषो5स्मासु च यश्व ते
yā śaktir yac ca vijñānaṃ yad vīryaṃ yac ca pauruṣam | dhārtarāṣṭreṣu yā prītir dveṣo ’smāsu ca yaś ca te ||
“โอรสแห่งอาจารย์เอ๋ย จงสำแดงแก่เราทั้งสิ้น—กำลังของเจ้า ปัญญารู้แจ้งของเจ้า วีรภาพและความเป็นชายของเจ้า; ทั้งความรักที่เจ้ามีต่อเหล่าธารตราษฏระ และความชิงชังที่เจ้ามีต่อพวกเรา—จงให้ปรากฏโดยครบถ้วน”
