न तु तावदहं मन्ये प्राप्तकालं तवानघ । समागमं महाबाहो सूतपुत्रेण संयुगे,निष्पाप महाबाहु अर्जुन! इस समय रणक्षेत्रमें सूतपुत्रके साथ तुम्हारा युद्ध करना मैं उचित नहीं मानता
na tu tāvad ahaṃ manye prāptakālaṃ tavānagha | samāgamaṃ mahābāho sūtaputreṇa saṃyuge ||
โอ้ผู้ไร้มลทิน! ข้ายังไม่เห็นว่าเวลาที่เหมาะแก่ท่านมาถึงแล้ว โอ้ผู้มีแขนกำยำ! ณ บัดนี้ ข้าไม่เห็นสมควรที่ท่านจะเข้าประจัญบานกับบุตรแห่งสารถีในสนามรบ
