Transliteration

tan nidhāya dhanur bhūmau droṇaḥ kṣatriya-mardanaḥ

Translation

สัญชัยกล่าวว่า—แล้วโดรณะ ผู้บดขยี้เหล่ากษัตริย์นักรบ วางคันธนูลงบนพื้นและหยุดนิ่งชั่วครู่; การวางอาวุธนั้นเป็นนิมิตแห่งความเปลี่ยนผันอันเด็ดขาดทั้งในเชิงธรรมและอารมณ์ของศึก ราวกับความอ่อนล้า การยับยั้ง หรือการหันกลับสู่ภายในท่ามกลางหน้าที่แห่งกษัตริย์นักรบ।
