सारथेस्तु रथस्थस्य काश्यपेयस्य विस्मिता: । नभस्तलगताश्षैव देवगन्धर्वदानवा:

Transliteration

sārathes tu rathasthasya kāśyapeyasya vismitāḥ | nabhastalagatāś caiva devagandharvadānavāḥ ||

Translation

สัญชัยกล่าวว่า—แม้เหล่าเทพ คนธรรพ์ และทานพซึ่งสถิตอยู่กลางนภากาศ ยังตะลึงต่อฝีมือการขับรถศึกของสารถีสายกัศยปะผู้ประจำอยู่บนรถ—ทั้งการรุก การถอย การวกกลับ การวนเป็นวง และการกลับตั้งขบวนด้วยกลศึกนานาประการ. ครั้นแล้วพวกเขาก็เพ่งดูด้วยความระมัดระวังยิ่งนัก เพื่อชมยุทธทวิภาคระหว่างกรรณะกับสาตยกี. วีรบุรุษผู้ทรงกำลังทั้งสองนั้นต่างแข่งขันกันในสนามรบ แสดงเดชานุภาพเพื่อมิตรของตน.
