Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca | tava priyahite yukto maheṣvāso mahābalaḥ | citrapuḍkhaiḥ śitair bāṇaiḥ kalaśottamasambhavaḥ | jaghāna somakān rājan sṛñjayān kekayān api |

Translation

สัญชัยกล่าวว่า ข้าแต่พระราชา โทฺรณาจารย์ ผู้ทรงกำลัง เป็นมหาธนูรธร ผู้กำเนิดจากภาชนะอันประเสริฐ เมื่อมุ่งรักษาสิ่งที่พระองค์ทรงรักและเป็นประโยชน์ ก็เริ่มสังหารพวกโสมกะ ศฤญชัย และเคกยะ ด้วยศรคมที่ประดับขนหลากสี
